General Instructions for Ordering and Technical Specifications etc.
  1. Carbide Drills:  These are available in 2 pc construction with a carbide bit and stainless steel shank or solid 1 pc carbide construction.   Not all drills are available in solid 1 pc construction.   We strive to keep as many in stock as possible.
  2. Carbide Routers, Endmills and Specialty Tools:  These are all solid 1 pc carbide construction.
  3. Most Overall Lengths: 1 1/2" (38MM) or if different they are stated.
  4. Most Shank Diameters are: 1/8" (3.175MM) for 1-1/2" OAL tools;  or the shank will be stated if different.
  5. Raw Material: 100% Sub Micro Grain Solid Tungsten Carbide.
  6. Inventory Stock:  Not All of the 100% Solid Carbide Products are in Stock at all times.
  7. ROUTERS NOTE: Routers are available in a variety of other metric and inch sizes upon request.
  8. Selection: For Drills: Select the diameter and flute length you require.    If you don't see what you want, email us, we might have it.   For Routers and Endmills select the diameter, flute length and style of cut.
  9. Rings: Most of the drills have rings. The drills with rings have a stop ring on them which is preset at .800" from the tip of the drill to the bottom of the ring. This ring can be removed.
  10. The Size of the tools are given in Wire Size, Millimeters, Fractions or Inches.
  11. Questions:If a flute length does not appear on any item, please send us an email from the bottom of the page giving us the diameter and the reference number(if applicable). We will send you an email back with the desired information.
  12. Flute Length?:Please be sure you know the flute length you want based on your drilling parameters. If you are unsure as to the Flute Length, ask us, we might have extended Flute Lengths in Stock that are not listed.
  13. Quantities: Items are sold in: Single Pc Items.;  10 pcs in a flat pack or   50 tools to a /box for 1/8" sized shanks.
  14. Shipping Information: We will ship UPS or FEDEX. UPS is preferred.  All shipping is FOB Airport or FOB Grand Rapids, MI.. All shipping is prepay and add onto the invoice. We can estimate the shipping cost for you or in the case of FEDEX you can give us your FEDEX Account Number.
